Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR
Create neat orderly job books with all reports and filing up to date. Input and maintain all budgets and reconcile the job cost reports. Order insurance certificates for new projects. Order temporary facilities as directed; create purchase orders, process invoices timely. Type all correspondence, subcontracts, change orders, RFI’s and submittals as directed. Contact subcontractor for required paperwork and act as a liaison. Process job start-up packages and job close-out packages timely. Handle warranty calls. Attend meetings, take notes and create minutes if required. Anticipate the Project Manager’s needs to make him/her as efficient and effective as possible.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational skills, able to multi-task and ability to work with others.
Must be able to organize and perform tasks in order of importance as directed.
Professional phone and good computer skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, at the minimum. Procore is a plus.
